How do I check to see if my service with NALD has started yet?

You can check your local telephone bill on the USBI page or you can contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-627-7118.

Is there a minimum usage requirement?

The long distance programs marketed by National Access Long Distance do not require a minimum spending commitment.

Are there any monthly fees?

There is a monthly service charge of $6.99 per line. that is conveniently billed to your Local Telephone Bill.

Do I have to dial any special codes to get my low NALD Rates?
No, you do not have to dial any special codes to access our savings. Just dial direct and save!

Should I tell my previous long distance company that I am switching?
No, your previous long distance carrier should notice that you have switched away from them. If you are paying monthly fees with this carrier, then we do recommend that you call them to cancel your account with them once you have confirmed the switch to us.

How do I place an international call?

Just dial: 011 + country code + city code + local number.

Is there a toll-free customer service number?

Yes, you can contact our experienced customer service professionals at 1-888-627-7118. Also for your convenience you can e-mail your inquires to information@na-ld.com

How do I add additional lines to my account?
Contact our customer service center at 1-888-627-1484. When adding a line, you will be asked to verify that you have the authority to change long distance services on the line you are adding. Once we confirm this information, we will notify your local telephone company of this change for you.

Adding lines is now more convenient than ever. You can now add lines to your account via our web site by clicking here.

How do I cancel my account?
If you need to close your account with National Access Long Distance, please send an email to
information@na-ld.com with your phone number, account number and the date that you would like to cancel your account. You will receive a follow call from our Customer Service Professionals to verify cancel service, your identity and your wishes to cancel service.
